A 10% service charge will be added and these rates do not include the 7% government tax.

Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra beds will be charged at US $50 per night but a baby cot will be provided free of charge.

A minimum stay of 7 nights over Christmas or 7 nights over New Years (14 nights over Christmas and New Year) is required.

These rates are per night and include:

• The services of two full time English speaking housekeeping/maintenance staff who are resident on the property.
• Daily breakfast
• Airport transfers

An optional Thai Chef is available for dinner preparation at US $40, this includes provisioning and clean up. (Food cost on Guests account)

Note: The Pool Level of the Villa is not suitable for unsupervised children and no wheelchair access is available.
